With every project that Graymaur takes on, they strive to get it right the first time, saving both money and time. By having their own drawing department they are able to alleviate problems with the many different projects, by giving the customers three dimensional drawing for them to visualize what the end product will look like. By going through this process they are able to identify and implement changers before the manufacturing process begins.
Pattern Making Shop
The quality of any finished product is only as good as the tooling, particularly with regards to vacuum forming. Graymaur has established itself as one of the preferred suppliers in South Africa in the automotive market for it’s ability to come up with innovative solutions with it’s tooling. With the tooling been under one roof, quick adjustments are made to ensure deadlines are kept. The ability to continually produce quality products comes down to experience and the right facility.
Machine Shop
Graymaur has added another dimension to their abilities as a one stop shop, in having the capability to machine up all of it’s own tooling they have crated another avenue of insuring that their customers get minimum delay from placing of orders to finished products. The ability to produce high quality tooling reflects on the overall workmanship of their products.
CNC
With four CNC machines Graymaur can keep up with varying amounts of workloads. Precision work can be done and the human error minimized to once again look after the customers best interests. Over the years Graymaur has continued to learn new ways of producing quality products at affordable prices and with there CNC facility they are sure to continue from strength to strength.
Laser Cutting
Because Graymaur have access to many different facilities, they are in the unique position of been able to select the best application for the project at hand. Laser cutting is used for any smaller integral parts required to be fitted to anyone of their projects. With Graymaur taking pride in every product leaving their factory floor, not part is overlooked as just something small. They strive to pay attention to every part of the project and the laser cutting facility gives them ability to do so.
